This hike has hit the media!
My local paper, the Bucks Examiner, featured my walk – unfortunately it’s not available on line, but if you’ve got good eyesight, you should be able to read the text in the photo!
The walk was also covered in the local press in Otley, Yorkshire, which is my original home town. You can read all about it by clicking here..
And my corporate sponsors, Viewranger, ran a piece on my walk in their newsletter. You can read it here..
And on 4 April, the West Briton ran a piece on my walk, as I was traveling through Devon. You can read it here..
Another Northern newspaper ran the story as well, click here for the details
And even before I set off, the Cornish Times had reported on the walk!
Following the trek through the Lake District, the Cumberland and Westmorland Herald ran an article on the Jamboree which featured a brief mention of the hike:
2005 and all that..
